Our Story

Coderex Consulting International is a management and technology consultancy headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria, with advisory reach across international markets and offices in Abuja. Founded in 2014 by a team of Chartered Engineers and programme professionals, the firm has grown from a specialist engineering advisory into a full-service consulting organisation delivering across six integrated practice areas and four core industry sectors.

The firm's consultants have collectively delivered programmes valued in excess of ₦120 billion, spanning post-merger integrations for global energy companies, digital transformation portfolios for national healthcare systems, critical infrastructure resilience programmes, pharmaceutical supply chain intelligence platforms, consumer banking products serving millions, and cross-government digital identity programmes.

Our growth has been deliberate. Each new capability was added in response to client demand, not market speculation. When clients asked for programme governance alongside our infrastructure work, we built a practice grounded in MSP, PRINCE2, and P3O. When digital transformation programmes required user-centred design leadership, we brought in experienced digital service delivery professionals. When data became the bottleneck, we established a Data Governance practice aligned to DAMA-DMBOK. When energy clients required support navigating the transition to distributed generation, we developed a clean energy innovation advisory capability spanning Technology Readiness Level assessments, startup investor readiness, and cross-sector stakeholder facilitation.

Today, Coderex operates from Nigeria with advisory capability spanning international markets. We hold Bureau of Public Procurement registration in Nigeria, and our consultants bring expertise across international governance frameworks including programme assurance, digital service standards, and public investment appraisal methodologies. Our team holds over 85 professional certifications across AXELOS, PMI, Scrum.org, Scaled Agile, the Engineering Council, and DAMA International.

Across our client community, the firm is also widely known as Coderex Studio — a name that reflects the hands-on, workshop-driven delivery culture at the heart of every engagement. Whether referred to as Coderex Consulting International or Coderex Studio, the commitment remains the same: engineering outcomes that endure.
