What Drives Us

Five principles. They shape how we choose engagements, how we run them, and what we are willing to walk away from.

Rigour Before Pace

We do not speed up delivery at the cost of integrity. We have stopped programmes, blocked deployments, and defunded workstreams when the evidence required it. Speed without rigour leaves you with technical debt, governance risk, and harm to the people the service is meant to help. We would rather deliver later and deliver right.

On a ₦30B post-merger integration, we invoked stop-work authority on three underperforming workstreams, saving ₦860M in sunk-cost expenditure and protecting regulatory deadlines.

Evidence Over Opinion

Every recommendation we put forward is grounded in data. We use Earned Value Management, statistical process control, user research, and benefits realisation tracking. Opinions are a starting point; evidence is what we make decisions on. We do not present recommendations we cannot defend with data.

Our EVM implementation on a banking platform improved forecasting accuracy from 60% to 95%, transforming how the programme made resource allocation decisions.

User-Centred, Outcome-Focused

We design for the people who use the service, not the people who commission it. We have halted rollouts when user research showed they would exclude vulnerable populations. The work is driven by what users need, not by stakeholder preference.

During a digital health programme, user research revealed that the planned rollout would exclude patients with low digital literacy. We halted the release and redesigned the interface, increasing adoption by 65%.

Capability That Endures

We build client capability, not dependency. Our structured capability uplift work has reduced clients' reliance on external consultants by 20% year-on-year. When we leave, the organisation should be stronger than when we arrived.

Our change champion networks across a healthcare organisation grew from zero to 50+ trained change agents, reducing external change management spend by ₦24M annually.

Commercial Discipline

We treat every investment the way a private investor would. We have recovered millions through supplier challenge and consistently deliver under budget. Every naira spent has to show a measurable return.

Through evidence-based supplier challenge on an NEC4 contract, we recovered ₦70M for a utilities client and achieved 18% service improvements without additional expenditure.
